Our experience with Washington Land & Ranches was like no other. We were given the best customer service we could ever hope for. Since we were coming from out of state to view the ranch, we had no idea what to expect let alone how to get there. Our agent, Ruthie Ames, guided us through every detail, including giving us directions to get to Moses Lake from the airport as well as suggested what hotels would be best to for us to stay at. Ruthie was extremely informative regarding the ranch, she was pleasant, professional and never once tried to force us into buying something we didn't want. She was patient and responded to all of our wants and wishes regarding the properties we wanted to view. When we finally decided to buy, which didn't take long at all, it was just as smooth and stress-free as viewing the ranch itself. Even the financing was easy and hassle free.
We are so happy we bought land in Washington and we look forward to moving to the ranch to build the home of our dreams within the next few years.
