Protection Plan

1. Warranty Deed. We convey each property by a warranty deed in which clear title is guaranteed.
   
   
2. Recorded survey. We provide a recent survey plat prepared by a certified surveyor and / or engineer. All boundaries are clearly marked by corner pins and are clearly visible for your inspection.
   
   
3. Title insurance. We provide title insurance when the property is first purchased to ensure that the title is free and clear of any undisclosed problems.
   
   
4. Excellent financing. Forget about the hassle of negotiating with faraway banks and lenders. Each property has already been evaluated and approved for up to 80% financing for a period of 10 years.
   
   

No points and no prepayment penalties. You may finance your new property through us without the burden of extra "up-front" costs you normally pay to traditional lending institutions. You may also prepay your mortgage at any time without fees or penalties. By paying off your loan before maturity, you eliminate unnecessary interest payments on your mortgage.

5. Protective covenants. We establish protective covenants for every parcel of land we sell. They are designed to ensure the lasting integrity and value of your property.
